Futuristic Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Consultant / IT Account Consultant to support our technology clients and manage their ongoing IT service requirements.

This is a client-facing role combining IT consulting, account management, technical coordination and service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technology requirements, provide practical IT advice, and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

The role will act as a key link between clients, technical teams, project managers, management and technology partners, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood and services are delivered effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, software applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity, together with strong communication, stakeholder-management and client relationship skills.

Client & Account Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned technology clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for IT services, technical requirements and ongoing support.
• Understand clients\' business objectives, operational requirements and technology needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings, account reviews and service discussions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure client requests and issues are addressed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain strong professional relationships and support long-term client retention and account development.

IT Consulting & Technical Coordination

• Review existing IT systems, applications and business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and recommend practical IT solutions.
• Provide advice on software applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure and digital solutions.
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing and deployment of IT systems and applications.
• Work closely with technical teams to investigate and resolve client IT issues.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical specialists.
• Monitor IT services and system performance and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Translate technical information into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.

Project & Service Delivery

• Coordinate IT activities and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
• Work with project managers, developers, infrastructure engineers and other technical specialists to support successful project delivery.
• Track client requirements, actions, milestones and agreed deliverables.
• Identify potential technical risks, service issues and delivery delays and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client, project, service and technical documentation.
• Prepare account reports, service updates and project progress reports for clients and management.

Business Development & Account Growth

• Identify additional technology requirements and service opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Support the preparation of client proposals, service descriptions and technology solution recommendations.
• Assist management with client presentations, account reviews and business development activities.
• Understand client technology roadmaps and future business requirements.
• Work with technical and commercial teams to recommend appropriate IT services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with technology vendors and external partners.

• Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in IT consulting, technology account management, IT service delivery or a related client-facing technology role.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in an IT Consultant, IT Account Consultant, or similar client-facing IT consulting role is mandatory.
• Good understanding of IT systems, software applications, infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware or similar platforms.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, web applications and software development processes.
• Good awareness of cybersecurity, data protection and information security principles.
• Ability to analyse business and technical requirements and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Strong client relationship, account management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with technical teams, project teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting client proposals, presentations, service reviews and business development activities.
• Understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and Agile working practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, requirements and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, documentation and reporting skills.

• System analysis/Integration test and UAT, fully capable of assisting and supporting the team, BA and business in defining the scope for test requirements across the SDLC.
• Proven line management of other QA’s.
• Understanding of QA Industry standard tools and approaches, ability to implement within your SCRUM team(s)
• Translating the project/product requirements into technical specifications and developing the test artefacts.
• Team Coordination within a team to Maintained Team Roles, Responsibilities, Work Assignments.
• Work closely with defect management and development teams.
• Create daily status/defect reports for the project stakeholders.
• Work closely with the development team to create a continuous integration environment running automated tests for each build.
• Identify automation requirements and create regression packs for Web applications.
• Design and create the automation framework.
• Assess automation environment requirements for each project and provide information to the Test Manager in a timely manner.
• Provide automation metrics to support and feed into test and quality reports.
• Should be able to create comprehensive test strategy for performance testing needs. Design and execute stress and load testing using Load Runner for critical business flows and applications.
• Identifying the source of problems and proposing solutions to the development team.
• Attend scrum stand ups, sprint planning, task estimation meetings with the Development Team.

• Must have 6+ Years of Software Testing experience.
• Must have bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
• Strong experience with Defect Tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, RTC.
• Experience of testing web applications and API is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, System Integration testing, User acceptance testing
• Expertise in building BDD framework, POM, TestNG, Cucumber
• Experience on Test tools like JIRA, Azure, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
• Good understanding of continuous integration tools and version control system
• Good Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle(BLC).
• Strong experience in Agile Scrum, Waterfall and BDD
• Experience in Test plan, Test strategy, Test Completion Reports, Test data, Test Design, Test Case/Scripts, testability.
• Proven experience in software verification and validation including functional, regression, scenario, load, usability, stress and performance testing.
• Strong work experience in manual/automated end-to-end testing in multiple projects
• Ability to lead a team of testers.
• Should have strong experience in Java technology with special emphasis on Automation Testing and Programming.
• Need to be an excellent team worker with good communication skills. Desirable Skills for the role:
• Good experience with Test Management Tools like Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Test manager, Azure.
• Strong experience on T-SQL Scripting and ETL Database testing.
• Strong experience on Selenium automation with C# and Java.
• Good knowledge on ETL Testing.
